485 LUD confused, Please Help Me

I and my spouse had an LUD on 485 two weeks back without a change in message. Does this mean that an RFE was sent? my lawyer is on vacation.

Normally I have directly received finger printing notices, if there was an RFE do I receive a copy? or not.

LUDs mean nothing really -- case gets a LUD change for a lot of reasons (or mostly for no reason at all !!)

Its most definitely not an RFE -- for an RFE, you will see a change in message that says that an RFE was issued.

I don't think you get a RFE copy - goes only to your attorney.

Plus with a PD of 11/2003 and EB3 India, you are looking at an average wait of over 2 years before your PD will become current !! (given the speed over the last year -- hope this is not the case in reality !)
