485 LUD Changed for EB3 Retro

I did my code2 in the middle of last year. I am EB3 india with PD Dec'02. I was waiting patiently and made up my mind to wait for GC. But suddenly yesterday LUD changed on my 485 application.

I know i dont have to be happy yet but just trying to figure out what might be going on with my case? Did anyone else in EB3 India also had LUD changed recently?

Please list all LD changes in this thread so that we can track.

Just wait and trust in God and you will get through the arduous journey.

My guess would be - FBI name check results may have reached USCIS.

My guess is that your FP is now expired -- you will get a Code 1 notice in the mail shortly.
Do you remember when you did your 10 finger FP last ? My guess is it was about 15 months ago.

With your PD, you have lots of time to kill -- so don't worry too much.

We all have to just keep giving FPs and renewing EADs/APs for eternity !!
