485 LUD changed daily since 140 approval on 05/16/05

Hello,

My 485 LUD has been changing daily since 140 approval on 05/16/05...does anyone else have similar experience? Do you think USCIS is on my 485 case, or does it mean nothing...

What's your ND, PD and is your case EB1/2/3 ?
Also is your country of chargeability retrogressed ??

EB3/RIR/Concurrent/Non-retrogressed country
140 RD 03/04/05 ND 03/07/05 AD 05/16/05 LUD 03/08/05, 05/16,17/05
131 RD 03/04/05 ND 03/07/05 AD 04/19/05 LUD 04/18,20/05
765 RD 03/04/05 ND 03/07/05 AD 04/19/05 LUD 04/18,20/05
485 RD 03/04/05 ND 03/07/05 LUD 04/22,25,26/05, 05/16,17,18/05
FP/biometrics completed on 04/22/05
 
Who knows

It may be the FP but who knows they have approved 140 in just 2 months so they might be working on 485 as well...

My FP was done on 04/22/05 and my 485 LUD did change on 04/22,25,26/05. So I hope this new set of LUD change 05/16,17,18/05 is a good sign since my 140 was approved on 05/16/05.
