485 Lowest on the Priority for USCIS

Talk to lawyer yesterday , just to check on update on my 485 .

He think there would not any improvement in 485 approval rates before end of March 2004 . Also, he said even then it would depend if uscis has no other priority may be then 485 approval rate may improve.

I'm fed up of listening all this crap that "things will improve after ...bla ... bla.. bla...."

There is no reason to believe that I485 approval rates would be improved before or after March 2004.
We have to start action right now.

I think "I-485 approval month" is a moving target. I would take your attorney's opinion with a grain of salt. Frankly these attorneys dont know anymore than what we know. They have taken their fees upfront and I-485 approval rate doesnt bother them one way or the other. My attorney always gives me a target 6+ months away so I dont bother him as often with my questions.
 
Should we start a seperate thread, or even a portal for "information from lawyers"? Seems to be too many and in my opinion, all of them are crap.:mad:
