Greetings,

On July 7 th 2004 ,My case has been Transferred to Newark - Teterboro NJ,
I was wondering were is Teterboro local INS , if any one as idea please let me know.

Second thing , So far no medicals , but had two EADS , once finger printing.
Further I am Canadian Citizen.
Please pass me the info .

1. The Newark-Teterboro local INS office is located in Newark, NJ. You should have the address on your notice.
2. You must did your medical while applying for I-485. This is part of the application.
Please post your details.

I came to know my case has been transferred to local office through the case status USCIS web site.
Regarding my medicals my attorney said I can have medicals done after the interview letter is received.

My 485 receipt date is April 2003
First EAD mar 2003
Second EAd april 2004
Finger printing April 2003
current status : canadian citizen
Resident of Monmouth County

Why do you have to do your medical before the interview? Did they ask for it or it is your first time?
You can see my details in my signature. + FP3 (04/04), FP4 (05/04), 3EAD, 2AP.
We have to go for interview on August 6, 04 and all they ask are passport and I-94.

our case was transfered on June 22 and we received the interview notice dated July 7, but it was send to our old address, so we got it last week. Our lawer got her copy on July 9-12.

Did you get interview notice from Newark office? Did your attorney also get one copy or just you? How did it go? My wife's case also got transferred around your time and we got a FP notice (the third one) last month and no news after that.

Sorry for the delay .......
Mine case was transfered on July 7th and my attorney received a copy of interview letter.
I received my interview letter on Oct 1st from INS sub office Cherry Hill NJ
since my residence fall under cherry hill jurisdiction Monmouth county.
Second Finger printing on Oct 15th and Interviewed on Oct 21 at 2.00 pm
My case has been approved and stamped on the same day.

By grace of lord my Interview lasted about 10 minutes and it was quite smooth and easy.
