485 Layoff

Hi, I\'ve been laidoff before 180 days. But now I completed 180 days. Also I got EAD. My problem is I couldn\'t find job till now. If I find a Job its well and good , what happens if I don\'t find a Job?I don\'t have paystubs for last 5 months? my RD is 07/02/01. pl advise

You will OK if there is no RFE. Otherwise...

If an RFE is raised, you will definitely get an intent to deny adjudication but if you are lucky, your case may be approved as has happened in a lot of cases.

You need to find a new job soon. You can potentially delay FP till you get a job...

then if at all you get an RFE you could provide employment letter from your new employer (same or similar position).
