485 issues--pl advise

Guys,

Need some important help..is it that one cannot file 485 after 140 application has already been filed? i heard so and would appreciate all your inputs as i really need some urgent info!! thanks...

Are you talking about parallel processing!

I think you are talking about parallel processing (I140 & I485).
If so YOU CAN DO IT. Talk to your lawyer.
