We are scheduled for a interview for July 27th and it is a EB3 case. One of the things required is an emloyment verification letter. The job description and the position and the company is the same but the salary is 9K less than what was the starting salary im 99/2000. In anycase the lawyer thinks that the case will not be approved just because of this and we need to ask the company to increase the salary.
