485 in CSC, plastic card from NSC, is it strange?

My 485 was approved in CSC. Yesterday I got a welcome letter and my plastic card from NSC. It has the NSC welcome letter receipt number (LIN...) on the card. Except that, all the other information on the card is correct. Does somebody else have the same experience? Is this normal?

Perhaps that is normal in case you live in the area which falls under NSC. Can you please post your details as when you got approved, got your passport stamped etc ?

My living area falls under TSC.
My 485 was approved last Sept. Passport stamped 9/24/2001. My husband got his card two months back from CSC. I checked the AVM this morning with the WAC number, It still has the old message like \'This case had been approved on...\'. What I guess is CSC may move some of it\'s files to NSC to expedite the process.
