485 in a different service center from 140?

I have a complicated situation that needs your warm help. I filed a self-petitioned NIW 140 (no 485 filed) in April 2005 in VSC center. Then I moved to California and planed to file another 140 concurrent with 485 in CSC center. However, before I started to work on it, I found out that my VSC NiW 140 was approved luckily.

Now my question is, how do I proceed with the 485? Can I go ahead to file it in CSC using the VSC approved 140? Or can I still file my 485 in VSC? Since I have been working in California for the past month, I am not sure if I am still eligible for filing 485 in VSC any more.

I have searched many old posts in this forum but still feel clueless. Can anyone please shed some light on my issue?

File it in CA. I-485 is filed in the center that has jurisdiction on your home address (if self petition).

I was in same situation: NIW 140 approved in CA, but at that time I was in MD already, so I filed I-485 to VSC and attached a copy of approved I-140 from CSC.
