one of my friend is in trouble. he is single,applied for 485 on nov 12 last year. planning to get married in another couple of months and bring her on h4 somewhere around the firt week of june. given the fast phase of approvals at vermont do u guys think, by the end of june will his case get approved. in case, after the spouse is here on h4 and before submitting the spouse addendum , if the pending case gets approved, what would happen. also, how to interpret eac-xx-xxx-xxx. for eg, eac-02-xxx-xxxx
