I will be applying for 485 this july. Do i need to submit pay stubs and W2 for my wife. she got her H1 in oct, she has pay stubs from march. she is planning on changing her status to H4 after applying for 485.
Will this lack of pay stub, w2 be questioned in the future or will be all good once her h4 is approved?
