finally heard the magic words, as per AVM my case has been approved on 1/30.

Fingerprints received - 10/26 , scheduled 11/29, done earlier 11/6 at san jose.
AD - 01/30
i got the following AVM message update
975-995 days ....
changed to
nov 16 th pending review..
changed to approved.
i never got the processing resumed, was checking almost daily since end NOV.
I want to thank everyone in this board for sharing info and maintaining great tracking lists. ( PCee i had your page in my favourites ), and i must be visitng it 10 times a day.
