My 485 was filed in September 2000 under the EB2 class action law suit, w/o 140 approval.
Filed new EB2 I140 in November 2000 and got it approved in Feb 2001.
withdrew the original pending I140 and paired the new approved I140 with 485 application
Did FP in Jul\'01 and Oct\'01.
