We got approval today. My original case in EB2 submitted in sep 2005 before retro, got approved (140) in Jan. due to retro (from India) applied for EB1 ea, got approved in Jan 2007. Requested for interfile, file transferred from VSC to TSC (3/15). sent interfile request three times, hope it worked. name check cleared in 2006. Senators office requested 3 times, two days back got reply from senator that the application is with the adjudicator, and today it has become a reality.
so interlink will work but you have to keep trying.
