URGENT ****** Please HELP
Dear friends please help/advise me what should I do for my 485 ? (Consular/Adjustment of status)
* I stayed in US for 7 years. 6+ 1 year extension. Based on my LC
* My LC filed (Priority Date Sept 30 2003) and it’s got approved
* Then I moved to Canada. (Immigrated to Canada)
* Jan 2007 filed my 140 and that also got approved
* Now the Priority Date become current
* So I applied for my H1B from Canada, based on the 140 approval, H1B is approved for 3 years. So I can come any day after July 25, to US. I have an appointment with the US consulate Visa office on July 25th (Toronto).
I am living in Canada now. The company is ready to help me in any manner.
I have approved LC and 140.
What I do? Should I go for consular processing staying in Canada itself and apply for 485 from Canada OR
Should I move to US with family and apply for 485 after reaching US?
