I have read somewhere in this formu that we can file 485 by ourselves. I don't hire a lawyer and I am thinking either file under my boss's name(use company check and boss to sign the cover letter) or under my own name(use personal check and I sign the cover letter). Does anyone have any idea of which way is better, or it doesn't matter? Any bad effect if filing by myself?
