485 filing and H1B extension

My 485 has been filed and accepted, I have a RD.

Now my h1b is going to expire in a couple of months and I need to renew it.
1. Will I get a 3-year extension or 1-year extension of H1B now?
2. I plan to file it myself with the help of the company HR, is it easy enough? Where can I go to get more information about the requirements and documents needed for H1B extension?

I think you can get 3 year extension only if I-140 is approved. Please also check with your lawyer or call a reputed lawyer for consultation.

Are you completing the 6 year limit? In that case you will get 1 year extension only as you already filed AOS. It should be possible to file your H-1B extension with your HR.
