First discussion issue: I-485 filed - what are the risks until approval..
Folks join-in the discussion - these are issues that are critical to us:
1. Within 180 days after RD - what is your legal status if you are laid-off?
2. Is there (like H1) any time interval before you can find another job while in AOS status?
3. Is there a job/offer or job required before AOS approval?
4. What can an employer do before 180 days to jeopardize your AOS process?
5. Could the employer do anything after 180 days?
6. Is there any dependence on the corporate attorney, excluding RFE, after you have your I-485 receipts, EAD and AP - I believe FP notice comes home so does your final I-485 approval?
