485 filed on October 5th Didnt get the Receipt Yet!!!!!

I485 receipt from CSC

My friend applied on Oct 1st and gor receipt from CSC by Nov 1st week.
 
Did you filed your self or through the law office?

How about the fee? Is your personal check already withdrow from your bank account?

I have filed EAD middle of Oct. my self and I was worried just like you because I didn\'t get my receipt until Nov. 8.
 
same here oct 5 485/ead/ap filiing @csc no checks cashed yet.

csc jit says that it stopped issueing receipts after 10/1 so
relx ..,maybe this week
 
why csc stop issusing the receipts?

      please make it clear. I mailed on mid of Oct for i-485. Still nothing gotta.
      How long we need to expect the receipt?

        Another question:
                what is the 180 days rule? counting from the Mail-day or
                        receipt day or Notify Day, or Processing Day?
