I need your help in taking a decision. My 485 has been filed and I got the receipts. I have an H1 extension (I-797) until 2010, so I'd like to go for a visa revalidation on the 15th (my current visa expires on Oct 21st, 2007) in Canada because I do not want to wait for AP to arrive since I have to travel to India in the first week of November.
Please let me know if it is advisable to go for revalidation. If it is OK, has anyone had any issues getting the visa stamped and at the port of entry at the Canadian border?.
