RFE Employment Letter only 12-30-02 recieved and system update 01-09-03

I'm still waiting, it has been over 7 weeks now and i have not heard anything yet, when I call they tell me that is is not even with an officer yet.

Advance Parol Renewla 09-19-02 and still waiting. Does any one have any information for me, I'm not worried about the Green Card, what I need is my Visa, I have to go home in two months to have my wedding Ceremony, Did any one ever go through some thing like this. Also, I did have i-824 for my wife, and the INS are processing all my three application at the same time, so I guess they have to approve my 485 first, then approve my wife 824, but do you think they have the right to hold my Visa approval since they are almost going to process my 485 or this is justa normla delay. I was suppose to go to canada to take my citizenship Exam, and I had to skip it because my Visa is expired and I wont be able to come back, So This Visa so far is becoming a very big major concern of mine, any help or info will be appreciated.

According to the latest litings, NSC is processing AP applications filed after 12/13/2002 - way past your ND. Call them and aks what your application is at right now - this looks pretty much overdue...
Also what are you refering to as "visa" exactly? Your H1-B(which I'm assuming has expired) or something else?
Also the I-824 you mentioned - what's the deal here? What's the original application?

824 is an application for action on an approved petetion. Basicly it is the document that you would apply for your wife when you want to include her in the Green Card Process. The Visa I was refering to is my Advance Parol Visa. I did speak to them many times and every time they tell me that it is with an officer and I should here something soon, it has been atleast three month since it was assigned to an officer, the IIO are not giving me much help and my lawyer thinks that it should be done by now, but she is afraid that they are delaying it because they are about to approve my 485 and there will be no need for the Visa any more, I really doupt that this is whats going on, i don't think they are that safisticated. All I can do is wait, unless any one has an advise for me.
