Thank everybody and, of course, Rajiv S. Khanna personaly for the forum, information, support and help!

Few minutes ago I got my approval email.
Case descr.
Substitution case, DOL approval of another guy.
Concurent filing. EB2 category, TSC.

140+485+130+765 - feb 12, 2003
1st EAD - Aug 2003,
1st AP - never (they marked it in their DB as approved, but never updated the status in Inet and never sent AP to me or my lawyer)

140 - Feb, 2004 (They mixed in their database name and address of my lawyer and sent approval notice to absolutely different attorney from other state, only using internet search and yellow pages I found him and got my approval notice. Thanks to God, 2nd copy they sent to my employer)


Changed Employer - May 2004
2nd EAD - Aug 2004

FP - Feb 24, 2005
1st RFI (requested to take Medicals) - They received it on Apr 12, 2005
2nd RFI (requested the form about biography) - They received an answer on May 3, 2005

Final Approval - May 10, 2005
