I am married to a US citizen and filed I-130/ I-485/EAD.
These were filed in sept 2002. All forms were sent back requestiing a medical exam report.
Resubmitted forms along with the medical exam in october 2002.
I have not recieved any notice or receipt from INS.
Question.
How can i find out if the application was recieved and how i can find out about the status without reciept.
Any information would be very helpful.
