485/EAD/AP question

Hi All,

I submitted my 485/EAD/AP applications in one single packet to the VSC about two weeks ago. My lawyer told me that they have received receipts of the I-485 application only and not of EAD and AP, although they went in the same application package.

Had anyone experienced this? How long will it take for my work permit to arrive?

You should receive the receipt notice for your I-485, EAD and AP. In NSC, recently, EAD and AP got approval around 30 days. Hope this helps.
