I am gonna be filing my 485 with EAD and AP soon. However I am expecting to visit my home country India before EAD/AP gets approved. Also there is a possibility that it will be approved while I am in India.
1. Would that be any problem ?
2. If it gets approved while I am out of US, can I enter with EAD/AP if someone mails it to me in India ?
3. Actually I have another problem too. I visa has expired and so has my wife\'s and we both are on H1, so should we get new visa\'s in home country even in the situation of point 2 mentioned above.
