I got my 140 approved based on alien of extraordinary ability (EB11). I did not use employment letter for my 140. I am going to file 485. I am new to 485, please help me.
I read what documents should be included in 485 filing at http://www.immihelp.com/gc/aos/forms_docs.html.
It seems a little different from what is indicated in the instructions of Form I-485.
Are the following materials necessary?
(1) finger print fee;
(2) employment letter;
(3)tax return copies;
(4)pay stubs;
(5)bank deposit certification;
(6)Affidavit of Support for my wife.
Please advise me.
