485 denied PD-Nov 2004

I got email from USCIS saying
Current status "We mailed you a decision".

When I check the status by phone it says the case is denied.

My case details:
EB3
NSC
PD: Nov 2004
I-140 AD: July 2005
I-485 Denied July 2007

Filed AC 21 and Changed job 03/2006
Job desc is same.

No RFE. nothing.

I don't know what to do.
I am still waiting for the denial letter to come.

Please help.

Its quite possible that your original employer who filed your petition has withdrawn the I-140 and this maybe the basis for the denial. If this is the case, file Motion to reopen (MTR - search this forum for more on this) ASAP, after you receive the denial document invoking your AC21 benefits.
 
did you get your FP? may be you did not go to FP as you did not received it..

whats ur i-485 RD? did u use ac21 after 180 days of filing I-485 while I-140 is approved?

may be ur employer revoked i-140 . if you have receipt number check the status of i-140 online..

did you get NOID?

have you ever stayed without job in usa or maintained any illegal status?
 
I did receive FP notice 3 times over 3 years.

I have last FP appointment on 7/20/2007

I changed job after using AC-21 after 9 months of I-140 approval.

I was without job for 2 months while my employer was paying me after layoff.
 
What is POJ method.

How Do I call officer directly?
Please help.
