485 denail after 140 approval

485 applied at NSC, moved to TSC by USCIS due to backlog. 140 approved from TSC. Told that since I had always been working in the jurisdiction of the NSC, my 485 could not be approved.
ANy comments?

Never heard of such a thing, Did you talk to your lawyer?
Do you work in TSC Jurisdiction or in NSC Jurisdiction?
I guess it does not matter where you work as long as your application is at one of the Service centers.

Any update on your issue ?

My I_140 pending at Nebraska Service Center and my I-485 petition was trasfered from Nebraska to Texas Service Center.
