My PD is Nov. 2004 (EB1 OR). The PD is current since June 2006. But, 60 days after that, I did not see any LUD on my case. I called USCIS at the beginning of July and I was told that USCIS will not be able to tell me the status of my case because I just had my FP taken (code 1, second time) in June. They said they need to have 60 days to process after the last FP.
I am thinking to initiate an inquiry to USCIS. But, will inquiry really be helpful? And, I just sent out the application for AP. Because I really need to travel outside US.
