485/cp new app

hi folks,

we applied for 485 in july 02 through my wive's company. now my company has got my labor approval and willing to sponsor my I-140 and CP. i've always maintained h1b status while my wife has used the ead from her app.

are there any issues with such a scenario. we are hoping our earlier 485 gets approved before but was wondering if our new app could adversely affect the earlier one..

any similar experiences or suggestions are welcome and greatly appreciated

Go CP

I don't know what the early one will affect you, but I know my indian friend got approval in three months after I140 with CP - no questions asked.

If I were you, I would go definitely with CP, it may have a little bit risk, but worth it.
