485 & Counseler Processing

I am planning to file my 485 and for my wife Counseler Processing from India. in that case can she travel on h4 visa/Advance Payroll .. and my h1 visa is going to expire this year end.. and if i file my 485 can i go for my h1 extension also.

if i can file my h1 extension.. then can she go for h4 extension stamping in India.
