Because name check is completed in 08/31/04. I have to wait for another 9 monthes to get approve.

This site helps me a lot. I hope other friends on this site get aprove as they expected. If anything happened, please try to make a way to know the truth. Don't give up. I faxed two times for name check and called many time to follow up. And my attorny wrote to TCS three more times to ask anything they need to process this case. Anyway, you need to keep you in the track in all ways.
