On my birth certificate, the spelling of my middle name is missing the last letter. Also my father's first name has "two letters" messed up, instead of a "IL" there is a "K". My mom's name is correct, also my first and last names as well as my father's middle and last names are correct.
So, my question to you is "do I need to get an affidavit from my parents about these spelling mistakes" and submit that along with the Birth Certificate in 485 filing. Or shall I go ahead and submit this BC without the affidavit and wait for INS if the need further clarification?
