When I call CSC's 1800 number to check my WAC-02-047-5xxxx, I get the following message (slight paraphrasing): We're sorry. Due to a temporary technical problem, we can't access your account information....
On the other hand, the online status is reported as: Your I485 Application ... was received on November 23, 2001. ... It is taking between 660 and 660 days ....
Can I make believe that a kind-hearted, humane, IIO is sifting through my file determined to approve it and that's why the AVM and online discrepency is there? [too much to hope for, ah?] On the other hand, if the discrepency indicates a potential snag, dear gentle advisor, break it to me slowly.
