485 aproval in 020945xx.. series

Guys,

As per the Online status my 485 got approved on Aug 7th. My wife's case is still not approved. My finger prints would have expired in next week and my wife's fp would expire on September 3. Looks like this is one of the factor for approval.

Mine was an AC21 case, got a lay off from my sponsoring employer in May 2002 (before 180 days) and could get a job only in Jan 2003. My attorney and I was expecting a transfer of case. Luckily by GOD's grace there was no rfe/transfer.

Finally a new approval in EAC020945 series. I am also in this series. RD 01/14/2002 ND 01/25/02 FP done on 5/11/02 and received by BCIS 06/03/02.

U owe me a 'BIG THANKS' :) :)

This goes to prove that of late INS goes by picking cases whose FP's are about to expire, irrespective of Nov01-Mar02 RD's to avoid issuing 2nd FP.

As per my attorney's suggestion I did not give any change of address as I still maintain my old address, My friend stays there now.
 
Thanks VijayRC Your prophecy came true ! It's only 4 days back you wrote that I and Probashi should expect our approvals this or next week. That's the reason why i posted my approval in the other thread.
