kept Contacting local congresswoman office since 09/2003. It was more or less helpful, I would say.

I will change the profile on rupnet.

Some other info:

I applied 3rd EAD on december 2003.

AC 21 case. filed in VSC. Now I'm in California.

Applied AP twice. Used AP to travel between the US and China for 8 or 9 times.

Not sure if Congressman's office made any contribute to the approval. But at least they provided me up to date status much informative than the INS 800 number. They send inquires every 30 days to INS since Sepember 2003.

glad to hear from 12/01 case being approved. Maybe applying EAD3 helped.

I hope third EAD Helps. I also applied for 3rd EAD.

also my 2nd FP date is same as Zang's 2nd FP date..

I think its all Luck.. rest all are speculations.
 
I dont know when it was assigned. But when the congresswoman office called on the beginning of November. It was told by INS specifically that" don't worry about case lost or anything like that, the case is already in the hand of an officer".

How did you ask the congressman's office to get information about your case? What info. do you need to provide to them?
