Take the following

1) approval notice
2) Valid passport
3) 2 ADIT photos with A # written with pencil on back
4) All valid EADs and AP etc they will take them all back.

And looks like u can go to any INS office but always better to go to the office where they mention since no more question to face, and SF does not allow u through appointmentline so get there a little early.
