Hi all ,
I heard on AVM about my approval .
Details are as follows
WAC-01-270-xxxxxx
EB2 - India
FP done : 1/10/2002
AVM Change ... Process Resumed : 1/18/2002
I-485 Approved on 3/4/2002
From my experience once the FP is done and process resumed then any other information like category , RD, ND etc does not matter.
This forum was very helpful to keep track of things .

Other factors does matter

I finished my FP on 12/18/2001 and my processing resumed on 01/12/2002. If other factors did not matter I should have got my approval earlier than you, but you see my notice date is 09/25/2001 and wac # 01-294-. Hence I belive when I talked to IIO today he said the case has not been assigned yet.
Congrats anyway.
 
Could you post details about your talk with IIO. My FP done on 12/06/01 and Processing resumed on 01

 
 
IIO did not give any information that helped.

Just that he said the case was not assigned to any officer and that the time taking for I-485 is 999 days blah blah blah the standard stuff. And that they are working on cases applied around 01/01/01.
We all know there are some approvals from as late as august-september.

Because my wac no 269 is close to yours...I like to check my AVM
I don\'t know how to check..my case is in CSC

 when I dial in the line, should I talk to IIO or any automatic voice system i can check with..what is the processing way?
