485 approved?

Hi all,

I am new to this list. I have a silly question.

I just checked AVM (for the first time). It said that our cases were
approved on May 12. Does it mean approval for 485 or EAD (our EAD approval
letter was dated 05/11)? I could not believe that it meant approval for 485 because we have not received the approval letter yet. Our lawyer did not notify us either. We will have to wait until next monday to call the lawyer.

If this really meant that our 485 was approved on May 12, and we did not take any actions for two months, will this cause any trouble to us?

mr88, you need to call the AVM and see what it means, did you do the FP, call all the three WAC\'s and make sure you are checking the right one just to make sure. If this was really approved in may, then you should have got a copy of APproval notice, I will immediately call IIO and the lawyer (who may have a copy of the approval) and get the notice to get it stamped...
