Dear Sdey

In India when a baby is born they do not name the baby immediately. So the birth certificate does not have the name of the child on the birth certificate. I know this is stupid. But atleast that is how my wife got her birth certificate.

THe RFE wanted proof that the birth certificae did indeed match the person. So we sent her masters, high school and her passport info that had her name, parents name and birth date.
