My I-485 has been approved. Called INS and heard the most pleasing words that \'This case has been approved on 11/09/2001\'. As said, every dog has his own day, I guess today is my lucky day.
My details are as follow :-
Country - India
Category - EB2 - RIR
RD - 10/30/2000
ND - 11/14/2000
FP - 03/13/2001
PD - 09/17/1999
RFE - NONE
This is to encourage people, who were laid off after filing I-485. I was laid-off after 200 days of filing I-485. I was tensed, but God has helped me. I didn\'t receive any RFE for my case.
