My case has been approved as per AVM. My wife\'s case has also been approved but my daughter case
still plays the same sterotype message "It is taking 365 to 540 days for this type of cases"

This is the first genuine close to July 2001 RD approval. My RD is close to him (RD 7/5), my hopes are raising high again today.

Is this a fake approval?

I doubt this approval although I hope this is true.
My doubt is from his R/D AND EAC#.
My R/D 6/12/02,
ND 8/9/02
EAC-01-242-XXXXX

I could not figure out how can his R/D: 6/29/02 and EAC-247-xxxxx ?

Can you explain?

i\'ve the same rd/nd as you, GC_hopper. i\'d the same
doubt about the EAC# posted.

one other thing is even though my case status
changed around 12/31/01 to "your FP result
was received and cased resume ...", i recently
called AVM the msg becomes "we recv\'ed your
finger print results on 2/9/02 (or 2/8/02),
case resumed blah blah ..." - so somehow
the *date* FP results were received was changed
to a much recent date.

I wonder if anyone has the same situation (FP
results recv\'ed date changed) - could it be
that we filed another I485 (and did another FPs)
based on my wife\'s I-485? Thanks.
 
My RD is 6/28/2001 and # is EAC - 01 -247 - XXXXX

Your RD should be 6/21/2001 if your # is EAC - 01 - 242 - XXXXX. Please recheck your 485 receipt
