My 485 got approved. Received those magic emails yesterday 08/17/2007!! Thats the end of green card saga! Wish everyone good luck on this forum!!
Here are my details:

EB3 India
PD 05/2004
I-140 RD-09/2004 AD-06/2005
vsc to tsc 03/07/07
I-485 RD-09/2004 AD- 08/17/2007
Did a Service request in june of 2007, dont know if that triggered the approval.

Congratulation.

Did you complete your fingerprint? If yes, what was code 1 or 3. I have opened SR in June and just got FP notice with code 1.

FP were supposedly issued to me in march which we never received. Last week i took infopass at the local immigration office and talked to IO, and explained her the situation, she was very nice, she took our FPs and also told us that we are clear on our FBI namecheck/other security checks. it was code 3 biometrics. Hope this helps.

Any LUDs before the approval?
 
The response was pretty standard, that they were processing my case and i should hear from them in 30-60 days. If i dont, then call the 1-800 #. It wasnt promising to me, and i was looking to see my FPs reissued, but that didnt happen. so i took an infopass appointment last week and gave FP, that might have triggered the approval.

Its been a Pleasure signing in everytime into this forum. I always found Hope and Courage from everycorner. Thanks a lot for being with me for all these years (since early 2004) and for all those wonderful suggestions. I hope in the comming weeks everybody gets approved:) .
