I have a quick question. How could you file 485 in Jan 2005, when visas number was not available in EB3 for your PD?

I filed my 485 in the last week of Dec 2004 . The date on 485 notice is 01/03/2005 ( First working day in 2005). I think it is Notice Date (ND) not receipt date (RD)
