My wife I 485 case is approved. Just heard AM - the case has been approved.

She is a under derivative status to my I 485 Application.
Her case details:
ND - July 15th ,2000
FP - September ,2000
485 Approved - May 23,2001.

I already got my Green card through EB2 category. She did not filed her I 485 with me. She filed I 485 as a derivative status to my application later ( ND - July 15th,2000), but before my I 485 approval.

I have a question, as a derivative applicant , what supporting documents you are required to attach with your I 485 Application. Let me put it this way, I will be a derivative applicant on my wife,s 485 application, how I should prepare myself. She is waiting her I 140 approval.

1) Birth Certificate
2) Marriage Certificate
3) affidavit of financial support from Primary Support

485 Approved: Jan 05 , 2001
Passport Stamped : Jan 29th,2001
Received plastic card : Feb 20 th,2001
