congrats! did you receive email or Did your LUD change?
 
Thank you. I saw an LUD on 10-20-2006, but no message change. Today I saw another LUD (10-23-2006) and message changed to "Approved". Also today received bunch of emails saying "Approved".

Congrats !! Were you stuck in name check? If so, did it clear by itself or did you try the usual techniques like contacting congressmen/senator etc?

rduman: Yes, I was stuck in usual background check. But it got cleared itself, I didn't contact anybody.

Manzu: Yes, mine was labor-sub.

Baluks2000 - Congratulations. Do you know when your name check got cleared? My case is almost similar to yours. As of Sep 2006, I have been stuck with name check since July 2005
 
Congrats...! But for us it`s not a really good news, since ur PD is MAR98.
Did u find out where u where stucked?

Mine was labour-sub. I filed in May 2005 and got stuck in security-checks for a while. But I guess, it was fast enough to get approved in 17 months. Isn't it? ;)
