Hi all. I\'m not a frequent poster (coz INS never really worked on my case for so long:)) however, here is some encouragement to those who are waiting.
PD: way back in 96
EB2, India
485 filed on Nov 12, 99
RD 11/19/99
FP on 3/10/01
No RFE.
FBI submitted FP to INS on 3/11/01 with approval
Called IIO yesterday and learnt that approval notice was sent out same day!

This is really encouraging. Is this another indication that INS has started Nov.99 cases? Today I looked into immitracker.com and saw a few approvals with ND Nov.99 - Dec.99. I thought INS is still working on Sep./Oct cases. Can anybody explain it to me? Thanks.

I had a change of addr prior to filing my 485. This caused my local INS office to change from MD to VA.

I am too happy to see this Nov-99 approval. I am excited as I have RD/ND of Jan2000.
Could you please post us the ND and first few digits of your EAC number.
