I am a long time viewer of this portal but a first time user now. Want to share my approval here.

Got the email from uscis today stating
on May 2 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card.
Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Any one who have approvals recently, how long does it take to get the card?
Also Do we need to stamp our passport before the card comes?

PD : Nov 2002 EB2 TEXAS
Labor cleared : Sep 2005
140/485/EAD/AP applied Sep 2005
140/EAD/AP cleared :Oct 2005
FP : Nov 2005
485 Approval : 2/May/2006
NO RFE/NO LUD change.

Congratualtion, Enjoy your freedom.. You might receive your card with in week period. I guess USCIS stopped stamping on passports for all the cases, unless some emergecy. Please check with attorney.

Waiting to approve I485

Hi, My case status is

I just register 5 minitues back and like to part of you guys now.


EB1 from India

No labour required
concurrent filing 140/485 - Sept' 2005
approved 140 - Oct' 2005
EAD/AP - Nov' 2005
FP for me and my wife - Nov' 2005
FP for my kid (just taken the pictures ) - Mar 2006

so far No LUD changed, I didnt call USCIS , Waiting for I 485 approval,

if anybody got approve in this category pls keep on posting.
