HI All,

I am not an active user, but I visit now and then and post occasionally.

I am happy to say that I got the magic Email yesterday, May 23rd..
Can’t be a better Monday for me in my USA life..

Started labor on May 02. And with two EADs and lots of waiting, finally after almost 19 months, got the mail yesterday for both mine and spouse’s approval!! No RFE. Finger print was done June 16, 04.

Thanks to all of you guys for you support, and ‘being there in the same boat’…


EB3/RIR Labor: May 2002
485/140 Concurrent RD: Aug 28, 2003
Two EADS and Two advance paroles.

140 AD: Mar 24, 2004
485 AD: May 23, 2005

Now waiting for the approval notice :) :D :)

Congratulations aap ! Just the other day I remember adding your info to the EB3 2002 PD NSC Tracker spreadsheet that "jghsrapt" has created, thinking that here's another one of us in the waiting line.....guess I proved to be lucky for you ;)
